Learning With Scot Drive

When you begin learning with Scot Drive, we will firstly take you through the basics of operating a car. Lessons will be at your own pace, and you will never be put in a situation you cannot cope with. As you progress, you will learn manoeuvres and gain experience through different driving conditions, making sure you are well prepared for your test at the end of your course.

Scot Drive also provides the Pass Plus scheme for anyone who wishes to take it. Our Pass Plus tuition allows new drivers to gain a lot more experience on the road, and can often lower your insurance - an important factor for any one with a new license.

Pass Plus

Before you can begin to learn to drive with us, you must hold a UK provisional licence (or acceptable, valid foreign licence) and be at least 17 years old. You can apply for a provisional license a few months before your 17th birthday, however it will not be valid until you turn 17. To apply for your provisional, visit your local post office, where you will be supplied with the appropriate forms.
